The Esplanade&Me membership is a tiered programme that rewards your engagement with the arts centre. It’s designed to grow with your family's love for the arts, from free access to exclusive premium benefits.

1. Esplanade&Me Discover

Everybody has to start somewhere, and Esplanade&Me Discover is the free membership for anyone from anywhere. Simply join for free on the Esplanade website.

You immediately gain priority booking for certain events and access to limited ticket specials. This is crucial for planning your year and securing seats for popular family shows before they go on sale to the public. At all membership tiers, you’ll also receive invitations to member-only events, and enjoy promotions at Esplanade Mall, as well as special birthday perks at the mall during your birth month.

2. Esplanade&Me White

Ready to enjoy even better benefits? You can upgrade to Esplanade&Me White by spending a total of $500 on tickets and at participating Esplanade Mall outlets within a year, or join directly for an annual fee of $50. To maintain this tier, you only need an annual spend of $200 to renew.

As part of Esplanade&Me White, you enjoy 10% off selected events, alongside priority booking and early bird specials. You’ll also receive a $10 SISTIC birthday voucher to help fund your next arts adventure.

3. Esplanade&Me Black

This premium tier offers the most comprehensive membership benefits, designed for individuals and families who make Esplanade a regular part of their lives. Simply accumulate a spend of $1000 on tickets and at Esplanade Mall within a year. Once you are in, an annual spend of $700 is all it takes to renew your membership.

You’ll receive a 15% discount on selected events and a $10 SISTIC birthday voucher. The Esplanade&Me Black tier also grants you 10% off parking at Esplanade when you register your vehicle details.

Aside from the main tiers, Esplanade uses a badge system to offer targeted perks to specific groups. Activate these badges by adding age-related details to your profile to unlock several benefits:

If you have children aged 12 and under, activating your free PIP’s Club badge is a must.

• Priority booking & early bird access: All members receive a head start on booking tickets for selected shows. This is especially useful for high-demand international performances or festival favourites.
• Ticket discounts: Members enjoy discounts of up to 20% off standard ticket prices for many Esplanade-presented shows. Keep in mind that you can purchase a maximum of four discounted tickets per show.

• Upload your receipts: When you shop or dine at Esplanade Mall, present your digital membership via the website and upload your receipt(s) to your account. Every dollar spent at the mall or on SISTIC tickets for events at Esplanade counts towards your annual spend for upgrades and renewals.

Caveats: Know the Fine Print

To avoid disappointment, it’s essential to understand the limitations of this membership:

• Exclusions: While most events ticketed on SISTIC and held at Esplanade qualify for spending accumulation, some shows or workshops may be excluded from discounts. These are typically third-party rentals rather than shows curated by Esplanade.
• Quotas and limits: Discounts often have quotas, such as a limited number of member-priced tickets per performance or a cap on the number of discounted tickets one Esplanade member can purchase per transaction. This is why Early Bird access is valuable.
• Upgrades and renewals: Tiers renew or downgrade annually based on your spending in the preceding membership year. Ensure you track your spend to maintain your desired tier. You don't have to worry that you'll lose your membership because the basic Esplanade&Me Discover tier doesn't expire!
• Badge expirations: Badges are age-limited. The PIP’s Club badge will automatically expire when your child turns 13, and the U26 badge expires when the youth turns 27. Similarly, once you turn 55, the JOYears badge is automatically assigned to your account.
