Lost & Found
To report or retrieve lost and found items, please go to Esplanade's Box Office and Information Counter, open from 12pm–6pm daily, or contact our Customer Experience team at 6828 8377.
Please alert any of our Esplanade staff and we will attend to you immediately.
Dementia Go-To-Point (GTP)
Esplanade is a designated Dementia GTP and "safe return" point. Please alert any of our staff and we will assist you.
For your convenience, you may deposit your bulky items at the baggage carts located outside the performance venues. This service is available 30 to 60 minutes before a performance.
Lockers are available outside performance venues for storing your items or belongings, including audio and video recording equipment. These lockers are specially lined with padding to protect your equipment. Our staff will issue you a locker at your request and your details will be recorded should we need to contact you. You will have to enter a one-time pass-code to lock your items or belongings. Our staff will call you 30 minutes after the performance has ended to remind you to collect your items or belongings if you have not done so.
If you have left the venue, you can still retrieve your items or belongings. Contact our Customer Experience team at 6828 8377 during operating hours and our staff will assist you. Do note that this service is available for indoor venues only.
This is located at the basement carpark (near B1 lobby). You can top up your NETS CashCard / FlashPay, check your card balance, apply for or renew Season Parking, locate your vehicle using the "Find My Car" function, and make payment for the Wheel Clamp release fee. You may download the OurCar.SG app via Google Play Store or App Store to enjoy these e-services at your convenience too.

Level 4, outside PIP's PLAYbox, open from 8am to 6pm daily.
Level 4, opposite the entrance to PIP's PLAYbox, open from 11am to 6pm daily.
You can park your stroller on Level 4, under the staircase leading up to PIP's PLAYbox. If you are attending a performance, you may deposit your stroller at the baggage carts located outside the performance venues.
Facilities – Access Needs
Wheelchair Loan Service
Wheelchairs are available upon request at no cost on our premises. Please contact our Customer Experience team at 6828 8377 if you require the use of a wheelchair.
These toilets can accommodate wheelchairs and are conveniently located around the centre. Automatic doors are installed at these toilets for ease of use.
There are designated parking lots for patrons with mobility challenges. These are located at both levels of the basement carpark, close to the entrances to the centre.
Tactile Floor Markings
Textured ground surfaces offer directional aid for patrons who are blind or have low vision. They are installed at the carpark, drop-off points and Forecourt Garden.
All lifts at Esplanade which are accessible to the public are wheelchair-friendly.
To provide support for elderly patrons, or patrons with mobility challenges, when walking up or down the staircases along both sides of the Concourse.
Backrests have been installed along the last row of seats at the Outdoor Theatre, designed for the comfort of all patrons, especially the elderly.
