Festival message
It is with great joy that we welcome you to A Date With Friends happening from 21 — 24 August 2025. This festival presented by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay holds a special place in our lives, celebrating not just the years behind us but of the friendship, stories and shared laughter along the way.
Whether you’re moving along to our Dancing Aunties of EVERDANCE, singing your hearts out at the Makan Sing Along Karaoke, reminiscing the music of The Gypsies with Mel & Joe Ferdinands or just enjoying the moment with others, we hope you feel right at home.
Putting these programmes together has reminded us just how inspiring our senior community is—full of life, wisdom, warmth, and talent. On behalf of the team, we hope A Date with Friends feels like a celebration of all of that and more.
