No, this tier cannot be purchased. The only way to get to the Black tier is to spend the min. $1,000 on one membership year on tickets to selected to events at Esplanade and at Esplanade Mall.

Yes, you can pay the annual fee of $50 for the White tier only after your membership lapses to the Discover tier.

To buy the White tier, log in to your account, click on “Upgrade for $50” and follow the steps to make payment.

Your membership will be renewed automatically when you meet the minimum spend required to stay at the same tier.

White tier: To renew as White, spend $200 in one membership year.
Black tier: To renew as Black, spend $700 in one membership year.
If you are at the Discover tier, your membership doesn’t expire so there’s no need to renew.

If you hit the minimum spend for upgrades, you will be upgraded automatically and your membership is renewed at the point of upgrade.

Discover to White: spend $500 in one membership year
Discover / White to Black: spend $1,000 in one membership year

No, it cannot be suspended or extended. It is not transferable and belongs to the named member only.

Discover: No expiry
White and Black: Valid for one year
PIP’s Club badge: Expires on your child’s 13th birthday
U26 badge: Expires on your 27th birthday
JOYears badge: No expiry

Your membership does not expire when your badge expires. If you're at the Esplanade&Me White tier with a U26 badge and you have turned 27, your membership will continue at the White tier if you have met the minimum spend requirement.

Go to Esplanade.com. Log in to your account by clicking the profile icon at the top of the page. In your My Account page, you will see an overview of your total spend including your spend at Esplanade Mall. To check your ticket transactions, select My Transactions from the drop-down when you tap on the down arrow.
