Support Esplanade’s work in ensuring that Singapore stories and artistic traditions carry on to the next generation. This dinner combines the rare delicacy of Empurau—Asia’s most prized river fish—with Singapore’s unique Nanyang flavours to raise funds that will nourish the arts!
This evening is made possible with the generous support of Red House Seafood, a Singapore-owned restaurant now led by the third generation. Beyond gastronomic delight, this dinner is their heartfelt tribute to our nation's cultural and culinary heritage during Singapore’s 60th milestone year.
We warmly invite you to take a table for 10 at $4,880 where you and your guests can enjoy an exquisite six-course dinner. If you are unable to attend, we kindly appeal for your donation. Your contribution, be it through a table purchase or donation, is eligible for a 250% tax deduction.
All proceeds go towards Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay’s efforts to nurture emerging performing artists and cultivate future audiences, ensuring the arts continues to flourish for generations to come.
We would also be happy to speak with you personally if you would like to support in other ways.
