Road closures in the vicinity of Esplanade for National Day Parade Rehearsals (27 Jun to 9 Aug 2026)
Due to the National Day Parade 2026, Combined Rehearsals and National Education Shows held every Saturday from 27 Jun to 9 Aug 2026 at the National Stadium, several roads in the vicinity of Esplanade and Kallang will be closed to facilitate the event preparation and activities.
Vehicular access to Esplanade’s Basement Carpark, Mall Driveway and Loading Bay will remain open. Traffic congestion and delays are expected. Visitors to Esplanade are advised to plan their route to the venue accordingly. For more information on road closures, please visit www.ndp.gov.sg

Esplanade's public facilities, PIP's PLAYbox and Visual Arts spaces are open daily. Guided tours are also available for booking.
Check Shops & Restaurants at Esplanade Mall for opening hours specific to any outlet.
Practise good personal hygiene and do stay at home if you’re unwell. Mask-wearing is optional for all events.
Park your worries aside. Spend $30 at Esplanade Mall and enjoy free parking from 12pm – 3pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Catching a show?
Here are some things to note.
Generally, latecomers will not be admitted once the performance has begun. There may be exceptions to this depending on the nature of the performance.
We conduct checks on all bags and items brought into the performance venues for everyone’s safety. You’re encouraged to deposit your bulky items or plastic carriers at baggage carts outside the performance venue so that all audiences can get to their seats easily and quietly.
For safety and security reasons, these are not allowed within the Theatre or Concert Hall. In other performance venues, this is subject to the artists’ consent.
