Road closures around Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay for Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026 track resurfacing works

To facilitate the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026, track resurfacing works will be taking place from 2 – 4 Sep 2026*. Full road closures will take effect at Esplanade Drive (towards Fullerton Road).

Access to Esplanade Mall Driveway and Loading Bay, and Esplanade Carpark via Esplanade Drive (towards Fullerton Road) will be affected on 2 Sep 2026.

*Contingency dates on 3 & 4 Sep 2026

Vehicular Access Advisory

Esplanade’s Mall Driveway, Taxi Stand and Loading Bay will be closed on 2 Sep 2026, Wed, 11pm – 5am (the next day).
Carpark Entry and Exit via Esplanade Drive (towards Fullerton Road) will be closed on 2 Sep 2026, Wed, 11pm – 5am (the next day).
Carpark Entry via Esplanade Drive (towards Nicoll Highway) and Exit via Connaught Drive will remain accessible at all times.
