Esplanade's ticketing agent is SISTIC and their booking fees apply.

Booking fees

Tickets below $20: $1 per ticket

Tickets from $20.01 to $40: $3 per ticket

Tickets from $40.01 to $50: $4 per ticket

Tickets from $50.01 to $70: $5 per ticket

Tickets above $70: $6 per ticket

Yes. Every individual requires a ticket to enter a ticketed performance, including infants and children, unless otherwise stated.

When a show is cancelled, ticket buyers will be duly notified by the event organiser primarily via email. You may also be notified through the event organiser's authorised ticketing agent, media or any other applicable communication channels. Information will be provided on where and when you can get your refund. For postponed performances for which the date of the new performance is known, refunds are optional.

For free programmes, any cancellations or postponements will be updated on the event website and/or relevant official communication channels. As no tickets are issued, refunds do not apply.

This means that your view of the stage may be partially obstructed. You will know which seats have a restricted view when you book tickets, as these seats will be indicated clearly by the promoters or event organisers.

Yes, it is applicable to all Esplanade Presents programmes, unless otherwise stated.

If you do not see a PWD concession, it may be because the show is a hirer's event, which means that Esplanade is not involved in the creation or production of the programme, but it is taking place at our venue.

For indoor performances, photography and video recording are generally not allowed during the show unless stated otherwise by the promoters or artists.

For performances at public spaces, such as those at the Concourse and DBS Foundation Outdoor Theatre, photography and casual video recording are generally allowed for personal use. Please be mindful not to use flash, obstruct others, or disrupt the performance. Some programmes may still restrict recording based on artist requirements, so please follow on-site announcements or staff instructions.
