Please contact our Customer Experience team at 6828 8377 and provide the following information:

  • Event title

  • Date and time of event

  • Number of tickets purchased

  • Location where purchase was made

  • Name of purchaser

Do note that where applicable, a replacement fee for lost ticket(s) may be chargeable. Replacement tickets will be issued for performances with reserved seats but not for general admission performances or performances with free seating / standing.

When a show is cancelled, ticket buyers will be duly notified by the event organiser primarily via email. You may also be notified through the event organiser's authorised ticketing agent, media or any other applicable communication channels. Information will be provided on where and when you can get your refund. Refunds are not applicable for postponed performances.

Yes. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement of 6 years and above at our performance venues, unless otherwise stated. Infants or children without tickets will not be admitted.

You can upgrade your ticket(s) or seat(s) to a higher category as long as there is no change to the performance date and time, unless otherwise stated. Please contact the authorised ticketing agent for more details. Unfortunately, downgrading of ticket(s) or seat(s) is not allowed.

This means that your view of the stage will be partially obstructed. Seats that have a restricted view will be made available only when the need arises because sightlines are not as favourable as seats at other price categories. You will know which seats have a restricted view when you book tickets, as these seats will be indicated clearly by the promoters or event organisers.

Yes you can. The person who is collecting the ticket(s) must produce 1) his or her own photo identification, 2) a letter of authorisation signed by the credit cardholder whose card was used to purchase the tickets and 3) a photocopy of the credit cardholder's photo identification.

A booking fee is a standard practice by ticketing companies worldwide to help support investment in technology and other operational expenses. This ensures that the system is maintained at a secure, speedy and robust level, providing an efficient ticket-buying experience. Booking fee applies to all ticket bookings, regardless of the channel of purchase or method of collection. Booking fees may vary across ticketing agents.

Esplanade's ticketing agent is SISTIC and their booking fees apply.

As part of our continued work in becoming an arts centre for everyone, we provide a concession price for persons with disabilities for all Esplanade Presents programmes. If you do not see a PWDs concession price, it could be for the following reasons:

  • The show that you are attending is a hirer’s event. This means that Esplanade is not involved in the creation or production of the programme, but the programme is taking place at our venue.
  • Sometimes, Esplanade will be presenting programmes that offer membership specials. The pricing for these programmes takes into consideration the segment of the community the programme is planned for, such as seniors, children, students, etc.

This is not allowed during a performance, unless the promoters or artists have stated otherwise.

Audio and video recording equipment is not allowed into the performance venue. Lockers are provided free of charge outside the venue so that you can deposit your equipment before entering the performance venue.

As a precautionary measure, if an artist/crew/staff tests positive for COVID-19, Esplanade will carry out additional deep cleaning and thorough disinfection of the affected areas. All artists, crew and staff involved will also take the self-administered Antigen Rapid Test and monitor their health.
