Compositions Exchange 2023 – Trio

The Compositions Exchange series was first initiated in 2019 when the association invited three Malaysian composers for a music exchange. Since then, it has become a regular music platform for the members of the association to showcase their compositions. In this recital,15 members from the association will showcase their compositions with the theme trio in mind. The compositions will be performed either in the form of a piano trio (piano, violin & cello) or for voice, violin & piano or for voice, cello & piano formats. The performers invited to showcase are all locally based musicians who showed great interest in chamber music, we hope that through this recital, our audience can significantly appreciate it.
