The Philippine Madrigal Singers Choral Workshop

Join Mark Anthony Carpio, choirmaster of the famed Philippine Madrigal Singers (the Madz) in a choral workshop in which participants will learn choral singing under the Madz system. The workshop will be conducted on the Esplanade Concert Hall stage.

Carpio will lead his singers in guiding the choral participants and other choral singing enthusiasts in training under the Madz idiom, which may be encapsulated by the group’s philosophy: “sing from the heart.”  Every workshop under Mr. Mark Anthony Carpio and the Philippine Madrigal Singers bears the M.A.R.K. of the Madz: Musicianship and Musicality, Aspiration and Accountability, Rehearsal and Repetition, and Keenness and Kinship.

This workshop is suitable for seasoned choristers and choral enthusiasts.
