Side by side, two by two,
Giggle, joke, play, and chatter.
But what happens when two becomes three?
Can two best friends make room for another?
Peek into the lives of two best friends as their world is turned upside down when another friend wants to play too.
Through movement, music and fun, Us explores loneliness, understanding, empathy and love. Discover the importance of friends and how simple acts of kindness can change the world.
Us was first presented by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay in August 2019 as part of PLAYtime!.

A PLAYtime! favourite is back! This text-and-music-based performance shares how we can be better friends with one another through acts of kindness and generosity. There will be some moments during the performance where children can choose to participate by moving and singing along with the performers.

Tickets are required for all patrons including infant-in-arms.
Audience will be seated on the floor.
Mask-wearing is optional. However, audiences are encouraged to continue to exercise responsibility and caution, such as wearing masks when in crowded places.
