Haunted corridors and toilet cubicles... every school has its fair share of urban myths and ghost stories, passed down carefully over generations. Beyond the paranormal, what are some other visible and invisible ways in which fear is being manifested within the school compounds?

 

Re: Assembly is an update of the successful immersive theatrical experience in 2022. Based on the premise of a haunted school, it depicts the struggles that students face. In a time when youths are learning to manage their emotions in an increasingly complex world, this performance creates a safe space through theatre and fiction for the audience to delve into the complexities and effects of issues such as bullying.

 

Re: Assembly covers issues related to suicide and bullying, which may cause discomfort to certain individuals. If you would like to find out more about the themes and issues explored in this programme, please email education@esplanade.com for more information.
