Suryana is a Communication Design graduate who found love in performing arts. She has been a freelance arts practitioner and instructor for a little over a decade. Her main areas of teaching include speech and drama in both English and Malay as well as Malay creative writing, but she closely identifies as a songbird.

 

Some of Suryana's notable works include Konsert Karya Agung Pak Ngah and Simfoni Keroncong Nusantara at Esplanade Concert Hall in 2020 and 2023 respectively. Suryana has also appeared as guest artist on Mediacorp Suria’s programmes, such as Rayakustika, Sinar Lebaran and Pesta Perdana.
