Esplanade Presents
20 Mar 2026, Fri, 2pm & 4pm
(Intermission: None)
Esplanade Black Room
Jump into a playful throwback to the 1980s fitness craze with this retro-inspired “aerobic workout”, reimagined for children and their caregivers in 2026. Part performance, part workout, part joyful chaos, it unfolds as a colourful, rhythmic exploration of funky movement, music and playful energy. The experience creates a lively space for connection, curiosity and shared discovery, where audiences can watch, move or follow along at their own pace.
This showcase consists of a performance followed by a facilitated discussion with the artists.
