The Cliffters and The Impian Batik

In the 1960s Singapore music scene, The Cliffters and The Impian Batik, rose to prominence blending Malay and English music. Between them, they have released five EPs featuring original songs and covers of songs by popular Malay artists. The Cliffters, renowned for their British-inspired pop sound, notably won Singapore’s "The Rolling Stones" competition in the late 60s, solidifying their place as local music icons.
