Three good friends, legendary celebrities in their own right, Babes Conde, Louie Reyes and Ding Mercado are celebrating life and friendship by coming together again in this one night only concert. Having started their journey together when they were performing with The New Minstrels in the 70s, they will be singing familiar and favourite evergreens from the 70s and 80s, and will evoke cherished memories in this promise of an unforgettable nostalgic trip down memory lane.

Babes Conde
Babes Conde is a double-degree holder of Music (Piano and Music Education) who flowed into the mainstream of the Singapore music scene when she moved to the Lion City. She immerses herself in theatre and the performing arts and worked very closely with Dick Lee in productions like Beauty World, Fried Rice Paradise, Sing to the Dawn and Forbidden City, in various capacities as Musical Director, Arranger, Choral Mistress and Pianist. As a vocal coach, Babes was the Vocal Coach for the stars such as Fann Wong and Kit Chan as well as for Singapore Idol in 2004 and 2006. As a composer, she has written for Teenage Textbook, My Lonely Tarts, 24 Hours, and godeatgod for which she received the Straits Times Life Theatre Awards 2003. In 2007, she composed the musical Labor of Love, NTUC's May Day musical. Babes was commissioned to compose the 1st Bibiks Behind Bars and Bibiks Go Broadway. In 2011, she produced Peranakan 111 to mark the 111th Anniversary of the Peranakan Association. In 2015, Bibiks Behind Bars, Kena Again was restaged at the Victoria Theatre.
Ding Mercado
Ding Mercado is an award winning singer who has been the Grand Prize Winner of the Asian Singing Contest on RTV Hongkong, a celebrated TV Host for Heat Wave on RTV Hongkong (1977-1980), and the Ding Mercado Special (4 episodes) for Singapore Broadcasting Corp (1981). Ding was a contract artiste with HKTVB in Hongkong from 1981-1989 and worked with Chow Yun Fat, Jackie Chan and Anita Mui. He was the celebrity host for Mutya ng Pilipinas (1985), Miss Asia Pacific Hongkong (1987), Asia Television Hongkong and Miss Philippines Canada (1988).
Louie Reyes
Louie Reyes is acknowledged as one of Manila’s jazz divas having had the sole distinction of performing with world famous jazz artists Joe Sample and the Crusaders, David Benoit, Noel Pointer and Bob James in their concerts in Manila. Louie is not only a singer but also an accomplished actress. She was awarded “Best Supporting Actress in a Musical” by Australia’s Green Room Theatre Awards in 1992 after a year-long Australian tour of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The King and I.
