Dover Park Hospice Sunflower Charity Concert presents “Making More Moments Matter” or “增。时” in Chinese. In celebrating our 30th Anniversary this year, we hope to spread the message of love and encourage philanthropy through music as everyone resonates with a song at different life stages or moments of their lives - be it a moment of happiness, sorrow, or love, with our loved ones.
Featuring local singers namely Kit Chan, Dick Lee, Jocie Guo and other veteran singers covering Xinyao classic along with up-and-coming local artistes, it will be a night of “Making More Moments Matter” as we celebrate Singapore music across different generations. Through this one-night only concert, we aim to raise $1 million where the funds will go toward helping our terminally-ill patients from our inpatient, home care and day care services, providing them comfort and relief of pain and symptoms during their final phase in life. As we gear up in our move to our new premise at the Integrated Care Hub in 2023 to cope with the increasing need of palliative care, the funds will also enable the hospice to continue provide quality, holistic palliative care including supporting caregivers in their caregiving journey.
All tickets purchase are eligible for tax exemption, subject to prevailing polices You can also make an outright donation to support the event through giving.sg at https://www.giving.sg/dover-park-hospice
