In this programme, it’s very unique that we have the intergenerational interaction between youths and seniors. This is a step forward, in terms of how we can use the arts to bring people together.

Our intergenerational Footwork for Community projects bring the young and the old together through dance. On top of learning new skills, the project has meaningful social, emotional and physical benefits for youths and seniors that include enhancing their sense of purpose as well as an increased sense of understanding, respect, and mutual sharing of knowledge with each other.
