For young people with autism, programmes like Dance for Joy are a big plus. What I really lik.ed about the programme is the concept of ‘meets-you-where-you-are’...because they feel they are accepted there, irrespective of the challenges they have. It helps them to relax, calm down, and reduce anxiety
