Synopsis

Get started on your Chinese drum journey. Learn the history of Chinese drums and the importance of beat, rhythm and music notation. Try your hand at hitting techniques on a variety of Chinese drums, apply them and get to play as an ensemble. Don’t miss out on this opportunity for an up-close drumming experience with DRUM FENG!

Founded in 2018, DRUM FENG is a Singapore-based award-winning percussion ensemble specialising in Chinese percussion instruments. Performing both traditional Chinese classics as well as their niche—cross-genre and experimental percussion works, DRUM FENG has established itself as one of Singapore’s finest drum performing ensemble groups.
