The renowned GuoGuang Opera Company is back!

 

After wowing Singapore audiences with shows like The Golden Cangue (2010), One Hundred Years on Stage (2016) and The Ghost Seller (2019), GuoGuang returns to Singapore with two more stellar productions: A Show of Prowess: Peking Opera Excerpts, which spotlights the skills and talents of its performers through three excerpts from classic Chinese literature and Chun-cao's Intrusion at the Court – World’s Best Comedy, a hilarious comedy that highlights the roles of the hua dan (young woman) and the chou (clown).
