Synopsis

Live for the first time since 2019! The well-loved show Onam Nite returns to the Esplanade Concert Hall for one night of music. This year’s edition features award-winning playback singer Shweta Mohan alongside another prolific playback singer, Vidhu Prathap. They will be joined by well-known guitarist and music director Bennet and the Band.

Bennet Roland is a guitarist, music director and seasoned performer with more than 15 years of experience. In this span of time, he has taken on different genres of music and collaborations like the successful rock band Dreadlocks, music direction for Malayalam movie productions and the fusion project, Bennet and the Band.

Shweta Mohan

Shweta Mohan is an Indian playback singer. She has received four Filmfare Awards South for Best Female Playback Singer, one Kerala State Film Award and one Tamil Nadu State Film Award. She has recorded more than 700 songs for film music and albums in all the four south Indian languages namely Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada in addition to the Hindi films and has established herself as a leading playback singer of South Indian cinema.

Vidhu Prathap

Vidhu Prathap is an Indian playback singer. He has sung many songs in over 600 films in Malayalam Tamil, Kannada and Telugu. He is currently serving the role as a judge on various television programmes.
