Welcome to The Feelings Farm workshop for educators! Be the best guide for the children and students under your care as they navigate through big and small feelings in life. Every feeling and emotion we experience are signals and messages from our minds and bodies. In this two-hour long workshop, unpack different emotions, where they come from, and the messages they are trying to communicate as you learn ways to support children in navigating their emotions. Understand what may happen to children and adults when emotions are ignored or suppressed and discuss how applying The Feelings Farm activities in daily life can be helpful.

Comprising of movement, breath, reflection, and open conversations, this experiential workshop also invites educators to cultivate emotional self-awareness and be more attuned to their mind-body connections.

Join us in discovering the ways children can ride through their emotional storms and how adults can expand their capacities to befriend their emotions.

This is a companion programme for educators, to The Feelings Farm .
