This workshop is an opportunity for dancers to experience the choreographic work of Crystal Pite, one of the world’s foremost contemporary dance choreographers and founder of dance company Kidd Pivot. Using examples drawn from recent work, participants will explore some of the techniques and tools used in generating and performing Kidd Pivot repertoire.
The class is geared toward advanced and professional dancers, full-time dance students and serious hobbyists who have been actively training in ballet and/or contemporary dance at least thrice a week for the past three to five years.
Places are limited. Pre-registration is required to be considered for the class. Successful applicants will be contacted within five working days to purchase tickets for the class. Please dress comfortably.
