Delight in the warmth and power of the French horn’s expressive voice, featuring solo and ensemble performances by students of Linda Chua. Enjoy light-hearted and familiar tunes by composers from different musical eras, including Franz Strauss, Reinhold Glière, Zoltán Kodály, Lowell E. Shaw, and Joe Hisaishi. This delightful programme blends romantic lyricism, folk-inspired energy and playful contemporary writing with melodies audiences will instantly recognise.
