The Singapore Lyric Opera Youth Chorus, established in 2019, nurtures young talents aged 15 to 25 through comprehensive vocal and stage training. Members gain invaluable experience performing in concerts, showcases, and mainstage productions, developing both artistry and professionalism. With a repertoire spanning diverse genres and languages, the Youth Chorus members gain insights into Western opera traditions, theatre management and design. As an integral part of Singapore’s opera landscape, it provides a dynamic platform for aspiring singers to grow, collaborate and inspire. Through music, mentorship and performance, the Youth Chorus continues to shape the next generation of exceptional young artists and future leaders in the arts.
