Synopsis

Winner of Huayi U Sing – Live Singing Competition 2020, Bi Yu Ng charms audiences of all ages with her enthralling voice and unique style. She wishes to share the stories of every song she performs and aspires to be a songwriter one day. Bi Yu will perform songs from her favourite singers and perform a special tribute of songs written by Singaporean songwriters.

Artist Information

Bi Yu Ng

Bi Yu is a singer as well as a pipa musician and instructor.  She obtained her diploma in 2009 from both Central Conservatory of Music and National University of Singapore Centre For the Arts.

 

As a member of the Pipa Society Singapore and People Association Youth Chinese Orchestra since 2006, she has gained numerous performance experiences. 

 

Biyu has also actively participated in various orchestral performances, theatre productions and music recordings. Her recent music collaboration works include Chinatown Crossings (Dramabox) and 《弹指一挥间》 (Pipa Society).
