Synopsis

The Cosmic Owls present a set of jams straight from the cosmos, together with rapper ABANGSAPAU to deliver tunes that will make you move. With influences from all over the place, you can expect hip-hop, funk, jazz, R&B interwoven in these catchy tunes.

 

This performance features students from the BA(Hons) Music programme at LASALLE College of the Arts' School of Contemporary Music.

The Cosmic Owls are a collective of individuals that focus on speaking and expressing through music, whose endeavours have led them to support Singapore artists such as Aisyah Aziz, Mediocre Haircut Crew, Tengy, Khally and many more.

LASALLE School of Contemporary Music

The LASALLE School of Contemporary Music’s suite of programmes in contemporary music performance, composition and audio production is designed to develop students’ potential as a musician, singer, songwriter or audio production technician in the popular and commercial market, as well as the experimental and cutting-edge. Here, they hone their craft through real performances at the College’s well-equipped studios and theatre venues as well as expand their knowledge with specialist practical and theory lessons in the chosen instrument or field of study.
