Synopsis

Did you know that some of the most beloved jazz standards were born through film? Join vocalist Vivienne Wong on a journey through Hollywood’s Golden Age (1920s-1960s) and enjoy her renditions of songs specially written for the silver screen! Relish in familiar jazz favourites like The Way You Look Tonight, Cheek to Cheek, Diamonds Are A Girl’s Best Friend and many others and discover the movies they came from, accompanying her on keys will be Eugene Ang.

Vivienne Wong is a Singapore-based singer, emcee and voiceover artist. She delights audiences with her soothing, jazz-inspired vocals and elegant stage presence that combines wit, warmth and engagement. She became a full-time entertainer after quitting her corporate job in 2016,and hasn’t looked back since!

 

Today, Vivienne has worked with many leading MNCs, established venues and community organisations, in front of guests-of-honour including President Halimah Yacob. She is also a seasoned bilingual wedding singer-emcee and a resident vocalist at F&B locations across Singapore.

On a personal note, Vivienne beat breast cancer in 2018 and is keen to encourage others with her story. Using words and music, she has shared her experience at events and on media platforms, to educate and inspire as many as possible. Ultimately, Vivienne hopes to always use her voice—and unique journey—to bring joy and connect with all.
