Some people feel that only those with natural talent and ability can sing. But with the right methods and guidance, you can find your singing voice and unlock a whole new way to express it! Featuring science-backed techniques, this beginner-friendly workshop offers guided vocal exploration exercises to build awareness, reduce self-doubt, challenge assumptions, and discover how mindful co-ordination encourages efficient vocal production. You’ll leave with practical tools, more trust in yourself and your voice, and the confidence to make more informed vocal choices.
Ideal for adults and teenagers who are new to singing, returning after a break, or curious about developing their solo singing voice beyond group settings. No prior training is required. Come with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to meet your voice where it’s at. Activities are non-medical, non-diagnostic, and can be carried out at your own pace.
