You sound wonderful and relaxed during practice, but once you’re on stage, your body tenses and you hardly recognise the sound coming out of your mouth. Sounds familiar? Widen your toolbox to prepare for your best performance yet. Using evidence-based practice, learn to calm your nerves, massage your larynx, and create a bespoke pre-show ritual.
Let’s prepare our bodies so you can concentrate on having fun while singing!
Mask-wearing is optional. However, audiences are encouraged to continue to exercise responsibility and caution, such as wearing masks when in crowded places.
