Tea Without Borders: A multi-sensory tea experience with Fort Sanctuary

Tea Without Borders is an invitation to reimagine tea experiences.

Tea is an important part of both Chinese and Indian cultures, having been cultivated in both civilisations from ancient to modern times. Today, China and India are the largest producers and consumers of tea in the world, each with the own unique traditional cultures with regards to tea.

In line with the Singapore spirit of celebrating multiculturalism, Fort Sanctuary advocates for an extended concept of tea without borders. This new experience brings together Indian musical instruments, light lamps and Chinese traditional tea processing to create a multi-sensory experience. Fort Sanctuary invites you to see, listen, touch, taste and smell with tea, regardless of race, language or religion.

Participants are invited to imbibe rare Chinese specialty teas in an immersive setting with Indian classical music, lights, the scent of tea leaves and an informative video on Chinese tea processing.
