The Singapore Chinese Music Federation (SCMF) proudly celebrates its 10th Anniversary with the 3rd Singapore Chinese Music Festival 2023. Programmed around the vision of “Connecting the Community and Passing the Passion for Chinese Music”, this year’s festival boasts 60 diverse events and aims to grow new audiences while demonstrating the perseverance and unity of the Singaporean Chinese music community in a post-pandemic world.
