An inclusive concert organized by Dawn Marie Toh, an accomplished pianist, cellist, music educator and performer. She loves music and hopes to inspire the spirit of giving through the power of music.
For the first time, Music Gives Back! will be featuring blind violinist, Stephanie Ow and paraplegic erhu player, Benjamin Poh together with other musicians and Kira Peace, a 16 year old New Zealander from Stamford American School, who wishes to give back to society by singing her own originals.
Through this inclusive concert, Dawn aims to raise $70, 000 to catalyse new programmes at the Enabling Village, an inclusive community space in Singapore, dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities in society.
The Enabling Village is home to several social businesses and community services with a special focus on training and employment of persons with disabilities, run by SG Enable.
