Synopsis
Join award-winning harpists Charmaine Teo and Charity Kiew for a visual, textual and musical sojourn through the urban jungle we call home. Underlying the mythos of Singapore are complex relationships between people, nature and heritage. The concert seeks to provoke the underlying tensions in these relationships and draws upon an eclectic repertoire of well-loved harp duets by Maurice Ravel and Bernard Andres as well as new compositions commissioned and premiered for the very first time.
