Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is valid from 26 February 2026 to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

• Esplanade&Me members are entitled to receive one (1) complimentary Disney Cruise Line (DCL) themed medallion pin with a minimum spend of S$80 in a single transaction, paid using a UOB Debit or Credit Card issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam or Thailand (excluding corporate or commercial cards).

• The S$80 minimum spend is based on nett spending after all discounts.

• The promotion is applicable only to spending at Esplanade Mall, or purchase of tickets to Esplanade Presents programmes only. Transactions made through online platforms, mobile applications, third-party payment services, instalment payment plans, or any other payment channels that do not provide verifiable proof of payment using a UOB card shall not be eligible for this promotion.

• Proof of receipts are required for all eligible purchases stating clearly the purchase values and payments made via UOB Debit or Credit Cards.

• Redemption shall be made at the Esplanade Box Office and Visitor Centre located at the Esplanade Mezzanine Level, daily, from 12pm to 8pm.

• The complimentary DCL themed medallion pin is available while stocks last.

• The complimentary DCL themed medallion pin will be distributed at the point of redemption and is limited to one (1) pin per eligible transaction.

• The complimentary DCL themed medallion pin cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.

• No replacement will be provided for lost or damaged pins.

• This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

• The Esplanade Co Ltd reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Esplanade Co Ltd shall be final and binding.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser, Prize Sponsor & Designated Travel Agent

   This Promotion is organised and administered by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay (“Organiser”). The Prize is sponsored by United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”). UOB Travel Planners (“Travel Agent”) is the designated travel agent for prize fulfilment, and a service fee of S$60 (exclusive of GST) is payable by the winner to the Travel Agent upon redemption of the Prize.

   For the avoidance of doubt, each of UOB and UOB Travel Planners is not the organiser of this Promotion and is not responsible for the conduct or administration of the Promotion or Lucky Draw, including but not limited to the collection or processing of entries, the selection of winners, or any disputes relating thereto.

2. Promotion Period

   This lucky draw is valid from 26 February 2026 to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

   1. The Promotion is open to individuals who are aged 18 years and above and fulfil the entry requirements set out in Clause 4.

   2. Employees of The Esplanade Co Ltd, participating mall tenants, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.

4. Qualifying Transactions

   1. To qualify, participants must be Esplanade&Me members who spend a minimum of S$100 in a single transaction, paid using a UOB Debit or Credit Card issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam or Thailand (excluding corporate or commercial cards), during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying transaction entitles the participant to one (1) lucky draw entry only.

   2. The minimum spend of S$100 shall be calculated after all discounts, vouchers, rebates, credits, refunds, or adjustments, and must be reflected on a single original receipt. Split or combined receipts will not be accepted.

   3. The promotion is applicable only to spending at Esplanade Mall, or purchase of tickets to Esplanade Presents Programmes only. Transactions made through online platforms, mobile applications, third-party payment services, instalment payment plans, or any other payment channels that do not provide verifiable proof of payment using a UOB card shall not qualify.

   4. Each eligible transaction entitles the customer to one (1) lucky draw entry only, regardless of the total spend amount above S$100. Multiple entries require separate qualifying transactions.

1. To participate in the lucky draw, eligible customers must:

   1. Scan the QR code provided at the Esplanade Box Office and Visitor Centre, Esplanade Mezzanine Level; or click here, and

   2. Complete the online entry form by submitting accurate personal details, transaction details, and upload a clear, valid original receipt for a transaction made with a UOB Debit or Credit Card issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam or Thailand (excluding corporate or commercial cards).

2. Lucky draw entries must be submitted between 9:00am on 26 February 2026 and 11:59pm on 30 April 2026.

3. The time of submission shall be determined solely by the Organiser’s system records. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted or counted.

4. Proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt must be retained and may be required for verification purposes. Failure to produce such proof upon request may result in disqualification.

5. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, duplicated, tampered with, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be disqualified.

6. The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to eligibility and qualification shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Lucky Draw Winner Selection and Notification

1. The winner will be selected by the Organiser via a random draw from all eligible and valid entries. The draw will take place on 8 May 2026, 11am at premise of Organiser in front of an audience open to the public.

2. The selected winner will be notified via email by 15 May 2026 using the email address provided to the Organiser for the draw.

3. The selected winner must respond to the Organiser by 22 May 2026, 11.59pm to confirm acceptance of the Prize.

4. If the selected winner fails to respond within the stipulated time, forfeits the Prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.

5. The Organiser’s decision is final, conclusive and binding.

Prize Conditions

1. One (1) winner will be selected to win one (1) [3N cruise holiday in a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah for 2 guests (estimate value at US$2,100) on the Disney Adventure] (“Prize”).

2. The specifications of the Prize are fixed and any change or update of the Prize is not permitted. Prizes are provided solely by Magical Cruise Company, Limited (dba Disney Cruise Line), under such as determined in the Disney Cruise Line Prize Description.

3. The Prize excludes the prevailing goods and services tax ("GST") applicable on the retail cost of the Prize. Any room type upgrades, additional guests, onboard expenses, shore excursions and any other add-on options. The winner shall be solely responsible to pay for such add on options.

4. Redemption and utilisation of the Prize remain subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Organiser (including the terms set out in Annex A of these Terms and Conditions). This includes a S$60 service charge (exclusive of GST) which the winner will be required to pay to UOB Travel Planners Pte Ltd as the designated travel agent for redemption of the Prize.

5. The Prize is strictly for use onboard the Disney Adventure, with the prize sailing scheduled to depart from Singapore on 7 December 2026 and returning to Singapore on 10 December 2026. The sail date is fixed and cannot be changed. If the Winner is unable to travel on the specified date for any reason, the Prize will be deemed forfeited.

6. The Winner and the Winner’s accompanying guest will be solely responsible for all costs and arrangements required to travel to and from Singapore, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, visas, travel insurance, and any other incidental expenses. The Esplanade and The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited will not reimburse or cover any expenses incurred by any guest to utilise the Prize.

7. The Prize is subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by Disney Cruise Line and as stated in the Disney Cruise Line Prize Description.

8. The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited shall not be liable to compensate any Winner if they are unable to use the Prize, are unable/fail to make bookings via the appointed travel partner and/or agency, or in any event whatsoever. The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any Prize.

9. The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited will not be liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever or for any charge, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred as a result of or in connection with your participation in this Contest.

10. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited, or its parent, subsidiaries, related and/or affiliated companies.

11. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.

Annex A

Disney Cruise Line Vacation Package Prize Description

Your Prize includes:

• All meals onboard the Disney Adventure (excluding specialty and fine dining);

• Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server; and

• Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website).

All costs and expenses not expressly stated above are excluded and solely your responsibility, including but not limited to:

• Travel insurance

• Laundry service

• Spa treatments

• Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee)

• Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks)

• Local and long-distance telephone calls

• Ship to shore communications including internet

• Merchandise and souvenirs

• Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above

To utilise your Prize, you are required to make your travel booking by 17 July 2026. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions may apply. Disney reserves the right to change the travel dates, cruise ship or any other component of the vacation package, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of vacation package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Disney’s sole discretion. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice.

The components of your vacation package may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each vacation package is non-commissionable.

Once your guest has been selected by you and confirmed in your travel itinerary, you will not be allowed to change or substitute your guest without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If you choose to bring less than the allotted number of guest(s), the vacation package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute vacation package or compensation provided to you.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is US$2,100. The actual value of the vacation may vary depending on the cruise date and fluctuations of foreign currency rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the vacation is less than stated ARV, you will not be entitled to the difference in value.

You will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the vacation package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the vacation package will be forfeited.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable). The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the vacation package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and you will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.

You and your guest(s) are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. You and each of your guests are responsible for ensuring that they have proper citizenship documentation.

You and each of your guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. Each traveler will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/contracts-terms-safety/cruise-contract/singapore/. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the vacation package. You will be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of the vacation package or any related activity or travel.

Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.

In the event you or any of your guests engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the vacation package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the vacation package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send you and/or your guests home with no further compensation. You shall be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.

Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.

Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Vacation Package. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre.

The vacation package is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.

All applicable income taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use are your sole responsibility.

Personal Data

1. By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of administering this Promotion in accordance with applicable data protection laws of Singapore.

2. For the purpose of prize fulfilment, the Organiser may disclose the winner’s personal data to UOB (as the Prize sponsor) and UOB Travel (as Travel Agent). UOB and UOB Travel will handle such data solely for the purposes of Prize fulfilment in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Liability

The Organiser and Disney Cruise Line shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize.

Each of UOB and UOB Travel shall not be liable for any claim, loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising in connection with the Promotion, the Lucky Draw, the Prize, or the fulfilment of the Prize, including but not limited to any changes, cancellations, nonavailability, or defects in Disney Adventure or any related services.

General

1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

3. This Promotion, including the Lucky Draw, is solely organised, administered, and fulfilled by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay. Each of UOB and UOB Travel is not the organiser and assumes no responsibility for the conduct of the Promotion, the administration of entries, the determination of winners, the fulfilment of prizes, or any dispute arising from the Promotion.

4. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Esplanade Co Ltd shall be final and binding.
