Uplift

As a form of self-expression, the arts liberates and illuminates. Each year, about 2 million audiences enjoy 3,500 live performances and activities at Esplanade, of which 70% are free for all to enjoy.

 

Esplanade’s inclusive community engagement programmes also bring the joy of the arts to over 14,000 individuals from vulnerable communities through 600 activities each year.

Inspire

The arts is a window to the world. We are dedicated to supporting our youths and aspiring arts practitioners on their journey of self-discovery, building experiences that will broaden the hearts and challenge the minds of our next generation.

 

Our programmes support the holistic development of about 16,000 students from 300 schools each year.

Dream

The dreams and talents of our artists will pave the way for the breakthroughs of tomorrow. Esplanade champions their development and is the incubator of imaginative research, path-breaking experimentation and creative innovations.

 

Working closely with our artists, we produce about 280 new works annually, supporting artistic development and that tell Singapore and Asian stories. On Esplanade Offstage, our diverse range of digital programes bring the arts to audiences in Singapore and beyond.
