1. General Terms of Esplanade&Me

1.1 As a Cardholder, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Application for an account with the Esplanade&Me (E&Me) programme is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Esplanade Co Ltd (TECL) reserves the right to reject any application to participate in the Esplanade&Me programme.

1.2 Each account is non-transferable and non-refundable.

1.3 The expiry date of an Esplanade&Me account cannot be suspended or extended.

1.4 TECL reserves the right to amend or withdraw any Esplanade&Me benefits or ticket specials at any time. These offers are subject to change without notice. Details of all changes can be found in Esplanade&Me benefits.

1.5 TECL reserves the right to cancel an account without refund if there is a breach of any of the terms and conditions of the Esplanade&Me programme and/or conditions of sale of tickets.

1.6 Should TECL decide to discontinue the Esplanade&Me programme under unforeseen circumstances, cardholders will be duly notified. Cardholder benefits will continue until your account expires. Esplanade&Me cards are the property of TECL and must be returned upon request.

1.7 Data provided by all Esplanade&Me cardholders will be used in accordance with TECL’s Data Protection Policy.

2. Esplanade&Me Ticket Specials

2.1 Esplanade’s Ticketing Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings.

2.2 Esplanade&Me ticket specials are available for selected programmes held at Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay (excluding Premier Box seats).

2.3 Esplanade&Me ticket specials can only be purchased online at Esplanade.com, via hotline or at the Esplanade Box Office. Esplanade&Me ticket specials cannot be purchased at all other SISTIC authorised outlets.

2.4 Cardholders are eligible to purchase up to 4 tickets per production at Esplanade&Me prices where applicable, subject to availability.

2.5 Cardholders must present NRIC/FIN/Passport identification together with a valid Esplanade&Me card when buying tickets at Esplanade&Me prices at Esplanade Box Office. If booking is done via hotline, cardholders must state their NRIC/FIN/Passport number and Esplanade&Me account number for identification.

2.6 Esplanade&Me ticket specials are eligible for non-concession price tickets only.

3. Usage of Esplanade Ticket Vouchers

3.1 Every Esplanade Ticket Voucher (Ticket Voucher) is a unique, system-generated code that is linked to the cardholder's account.

3.2 Ticket Vouchers are non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.3 Only 1 Ticket Voucher can be used per transaction.

3.4 There is no refund for any excess value, if the transaction amount is lower than the value of the e-voucher.

3.5 Ticket Vouchers can only be redeemed online at esplanade.com, via hotline, or at the Esplanade Box Office. Ticket Vouchers cannot be redeemed at all other SISTIC authorised outlets.

3.6 Cardholders must present NRIC/FIN/Passport identification together with a valid Esplanade&Me card when redeeming Ticket Vouchers at Esplanade Box Office. If redemption is done via hotline, cardholders must state their NRIC/FIN/Passport number and Esplanade&Me account number for identification.

3.7 Ticket Vouchers are only valid and must be used for purchase of tickets before the Esplanade&Me card expires. Ticket Vouchers can be used to purchase tickets to programmes and performances taking place after expiry, as long as the date of purchase is within the year that the Esplanade&Me account is valid.

3.8 Unused Ticket Vouchers cannot be carried forward or extended.

3.9 Tickets to programmes purchased using Ticket Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. Collection of tickets bought with Ticket Voucher codes can only be collected at Esplanade.

3.10 In special cases, such as if a ticketed programme has been cancelled, TECL will notify cardholders of refund or exchange processes where applicable. Cardholders will only receive refunds in cash or credit for the amounts paid in cash or credit respectively. Ticket Vouchers will be re-issued.

3.11 Black cardholders are entitled to 10 x $20 Ticket Vouchers worth $200. Only one $20 Ticket Voucher can be used per transaction across all programmes.

3.12 Ticket Vouchers are not applicable with other promotions, discounts, vouchers or offers by credit or privilege cards. Management reserves the right to amend promotional terms and conditions without prior notice.

3.13 For Black cardholders, Ticket Vouchers are applicable for all programmes held at Esplanade. Other Ticket Vouchers are applicable for Esplanade Presents programmes only.

4. Collection of Tickets

4.1 If booking has been done online, a valid Esplanade&Me card must be presented when collecting tickets together with any credit/debit card that may have been used for payment of tickets, as well as NRIC/FIN/Passport for proof of identification.

5. Loss, Replacement & Renewal of Esplanade&Me Card

5.1 In the event that your Esplanade&Me card is lost, stolen or damaged, please inform TECL immediately at me@esplanade.com or call 6828 8377. Replacement cards can be collected 10 working days after reporting of loss.

5.2 Collection of replacement cards must be done in person at Esplanade's Information Counter at Mezzanine. Cardholders must present NRIC/FIN/Passport identification together with SGD $10 replacement fee.

5.3 Cardholders can renew their accounts 3 months before the date of expiry. Accounts can be renewed online at Esplanade.com, via hotline or at the Esplanade Box Office. Cards can be collected 10 working days.

6. Carpark Privileges

6.1 Only Black cardholders are eligible for parking privileges. Black cardholders must enter vehicle plate and IU numbers in their profile information under My Account.

6.2 Each Black cardholder can enjoy parking privileges for 2 vehicles only. Parking privileges will be activated after 5 working days from the time at which vehicle information is provided.

6.3 For Black cardholders who register 2 IU numbers during sign-up, only the first car will enjoy the discount, should both cars be parked at Esplanade carpark at any given time.

6.4 Existing Season Parking Ticket holders are not entitled to further discount on parking charges.

7. Priority Booking

7.1 Priority booking is only available for Black cardholders, who will be notified via email when priority booking is open for selected programmes.

7.2 Black cardholders must present NRIC/FIN/Passport verification at Esplanade Box Office at the time of purchase during priority booking period. If booking is done via hotline, Black cardholders must state NRIC/FIN/Passport number and Esplanade&Me account number for verification.

7.3 Priority booking is not available at all other SISTIC authorised outlets.

8. Guided Tours and Esplanade&Me Member Events

8.1 Cardholders must present a valid Esplanade&Me card and NRIC/FIN/Passport identification on the day of the tour or event. Payment for the tour must be made on the day of the tour.

8.2 Cardholders must be present for the tour or event that they have booked or registered respectively.

8.3 Tickets to non-complimentary Esplanade&Me events must be purchased online on Esplanade.com, via hotline or at the Esplanade Box Office.

8.4 Cardholders must present NRIC/FIN/Passport identification together with a valid Esplanade&Me card when buying tickets to paid Esplanade&Me events at Esplanade Box Office. If purchase is done via hotline, cardholders must state their NRIC/FIN/Passport number and Esplanade&Me account number for identification.

8.5 There are limited spaces for Esplanade&Me events. Registration is required to confirm your attendance, subject to availability.

8.6 For non-complimentary Esplanade&Me events, spaces are confirmed only when payment is received, subject to availability.

9 Esplanade&Me Promotions

9.1 Esplanade&Me promotions at Esplanade Mall are available upon presentation of a valid Esplanade&Me card by the account holder.

9.2 Esplanade&Me promotions at Esplanade Mall are not applicable with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and offers by credit or privilege cards.

9.3 Prices indicated may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.

9.4 Management reserves the right to amend any promotional terms and conditions without prior notice.

9.6 Third party benefits, if any, are only available at selected shops on selected products or services. These offers are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for the performance of third parties in relation to any offer or service. Third-party benefits are correct at time of printing.
