Our community engagement programmes bring the arts to underserved communities, with a focus on three key challenges identified in our society today:


  • Accessibility & social inclusion

  • A super-aging society

  • Youth & mental health

 

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Esplanade organised some 600 activities each year for over 14,000 beneficiaries. They include vulnerable children and youth, the elderly, persons with diverse needs and disabilities, migrant workers, those marginalised, as well as beneficiaries from low-income households.

We work closely with artists to develop and bring a variety of customised performing arts-based workshops to our beneficiaries, providing access and exposure to the arts.
