This spring, Singapore-born Perth-based vocalist Juliet Pang and her husband, jazz musician/composer Didi Mudigdo welcome you to listen to vibrant Chinese New Year classics infused with a refreshingly bossa nova and light swing experience.

Juliet Pang
Juliet Pang started her professional music career in 1998 alongside Taiwanese pop sensation, JJ Lin, as one of the other two artists signed to international Mandarin pop label Ocean Butterflies Pte Ltd. Her unique voice first became renowned in Singapore when she sang the theme to the 1999 Singapore cult movie Eating Air. As well as being a vocalist, Pang is known as one of Singapore’s prominent songwriters.

Didi Mudigdo
A consummate jazz bass player and songwriter, Didi Mudigdo has performed in festivals and jazz clubs around Australia, Japan, China and Southeast Asia. In 2005, he was a Top 10 finalist in the 2005 Australian National Songwriting Contest (jazz category) and was the most-downloaded jazz artist on in the same year.
