Synopsis
Isn’t a sarong just a big piece of cloth? Not for Nora and Adi! When their mother hands them her sarong, the siblings discover that this seemingly ordinary fabric can transform into anything their imagination allows.
From sails to secret hideouts, costumes to capes, the sarong takes them on a playful adventure filled with surprises, laughter and new encounters. What amazing things will Nora and Adi discover next?
Join us for a delightful performance that brings this beloved story to life on stage. Together, children and their grown-ups can celebrate the joy of play, the strength of family bonds, and the extraordinary possibilities hidden in everyday things.
Adapted from the book The Amazing Sarong by Quek Hong Shin, published by Epigram Books.

This is a performance that encourages children to see the extraordinary in the everyday. As Nora and Adi discover new adventures with the sarong, children learn to notice and care for the feelings of others, building empathy and positive connections.
