Samuel Lee is a poet and art historian. His debut collection, A Field Guide to Supermarkets in Singapore (2016), won the Singapore Literature Prize for poetry in English. His work has appeared in the Yale Literary Magazine, Cordite Poetry Review, UnFree Verse (2017), and 11 x 9 (2019). He studied English literature and art history at the National University of Singapore, Yale University, and the University of Chicago, and is an editor at poetry.sg.
