MICappella X The Island Voices: The Crossover

With over 15 years of trailblazing energy, MICappella stands as one of Singapore’s most iconic and actively touring vocal bands. Known for their punchy blend of pop, rock, and Mandarin hits, they deliver full-bodied performances that seamlessly fuse rhythm, harmony, and stagecraft.

Their international journey has taken them across China, Taiwan, Europe, the USA, Australia, and Southeast Asia, where they have earned numerous accolades including first runner-up at reality TV competition The Sing-Off China in 2012 and first place at the 2017 Moscow Spring A Cappella Festival. Key moments include their appearances at the Singapore National Day Parade in 2018 and 2022, and the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix in 2019, where they performed the national anthem.

Winners of the Outstanding Asian Album award for Love, MICappella and numerous accolades for their original releases, MICappella continues to push boundaries through their electrifying vocal band sound and compelling storytelling.

Brought together like the Avengers, The Island Voices is a rising vocal ensemble from Singapore that has quickly carved out a distinct identity in the music scene. Formed in 2021, this powerhouse collective specialises in rich vocal textures and dynamic arrangements, breathing new life into everything from Singaporean favourites to global anthems — all reimagined in their own voices. 

They’ve performed at the Singapore National Day Parade in 2022 and 2023, and have represented the nation internationally, securing 2nd place at the 2024 Vokal.Total A Cappella Competition and the Gold Medal First Runners-up award at the 2023 Taiwan International Vocal Festival. Most recently, they also performed at the opening of the Singapore Pavilion at the World Expo Osaka 2025.
