Synopsis
Relish beautiful Denmark through Nielsen’s choral tributes to love, life and springtime. Celebrating their anniversaries this season, three generations of the Singapore Symphony Choruses under the baton of SSO Associate Conductor Rodolfo Barráez will sing Nielsen’s Hymn of Love (Hymnus Amoris) and revel in Springtime in Funen (Fynsk Forår). Distinguished Austrian pianist Rudolf Buchbinder returns to Singapore to complete his cycle of Beethoven Piano Concertos with the composer’s magnificent Emperor Concerto.

  • This concert is recommended for ages 7 and above.

  • Parents or guardians of children who become disruptive during the performance may be requested by venue staff to step out of the hall with the child.

  • Each individual must have a ticket for admission.

  • You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.

  • Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission, if any.
