Synopsis

Get ready for a double dose of fun with performances celebrating Singapore’s unique culture!

Experience a lively kuaiban (rhythmic spoken storytelling) performance by a talented father-daughter trio, showcasing the vibrant spirit of Singaporean Mandarin. From “肉骨茶” to “巴刹,” see how many local terms you can catch!

Then, enjoy a hilarious cross-talk act by the winners of the 19th National Primary School Cross-Talk Competition. Their witty performance playfully explores Singaporeans’ love for “chopping” seats.

This entertaining showcase is proudly supported by the Speak Mandarin Campaign.
