Synopsis

Musicians' Initiative (MI) returns with our sixth installment of our wildly successful curated series, featuring a unique narrated segment that brings audiences through a discussion of interesting musical facts with live orchestra demo.

 

PROGRAMME

1. Antonin Dvorak Violin Concerto in A minor Soloist: Sayuri Kuru

2. Johannes Brahms Symphony No. 3 in F major

 

Sayuri Kuru currently plays with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, and received her Bachelor of Music Degree in Performance at The Juilliard School in New York. She is a prize-winner at the Osaka International Competition, Japan Classical Violin Competition, and a semi-finalist at the Johansen International Competition.
