Synopsis

Step back in time and witness the heroic saga of Paduka Sri Wikrama Wira, the legendary ruler of Singapura, in an enthralling bangsawan (Malay opera) performance. This spectacular production brings to life the dramatic history of Singapura through a captivating blend of music, dance, and storytelling.  

 

Paduka Sri Wikrama Wira, the eldest son of Sang Nila Utama and Wan Seri Bini, ruled the Kingdom of Singapura from 1347AD to 1362AD. His reign was defined by fierce challenges, from invasions by the Kingdom of Siam and Majapahit Empire to pivotal naval battles that took place at the mouth of Kallang River. Discover how Paduka Sri Wikrama Wira safeguarded his kingdom, securing his legacy through unwavering determination and resilience.
