Showtunes with Sofie and Ryan

Sofie is a tiny, loud Malay woman dedicated to making the world a better place—one word, one song, one pada bourré at a time. Her work as a singer-actor and theatre-maker centres on advocating for marginalised communities. When not onstage, Sofie can be found teaching performing arts to the little ones or snuggling with her three cats.

Ryan is the lead instrumentalist for local indie-pop band Absence!, which recently released a Jersey club-inspired song, Happier. As an aspiring musician, his band's music has been featured on radio and they are working towards releasing their newest EP at the end of this year.
