After a memorable Red Dot August performance at Esplanade in 2023, New Recording 47 returns to the stage with a brand new set of beloved local and National Day songs, reimagined in their signature a cappella style.

 

Known for their heartfelt harmonies and creative arrangements, the group brings fresh energy to tunes that celebrate Singapore’s stories and spirit. Join us this National Day season as New Recording 47 lights up the stage once again with voices that honour home, heritage and harmony — a uniquely Singaporean a cappella experience you won’t want to miss.

New Recording 47 is a five-member contemporary a cappella group from Singapore known for their multilingual covers of pop songs and local favourites. Most notably in 2023, they represented Singapore at the Saigon Opera House in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations and 10th Anniversary of the Strategic Partnership between Singapore and Vietnam. They’ve also been featured on Singapore Airlines’ Made in Singapore playlist and Mothership’s making .wavs music series. Their music has reached global listeners via Spotify and Apple Music playlists such as Rising 65, Fresh Finds SG & MY, New In Pop, and many others.
