Delta Hill City

DeltaV is the platform through which guitarist Victor Chen presents the blues and its sub-genres in various instrumental line-ups. Inspired by the myriad sounds of Mississippi, his repertoire ranges from the gritty Delta to the hypnotic hill country, the swaggering shuffles of post-war Chicago and the urbane swing of the West Coast. His journey in blues has taken him to stages in the US, UK, China, Australia and across Southeast Asia.

For this performance Victor joins forces with Neill Gautier, who has been active in Singapore’s vibrant jazz scene since 2023, performing in diverse settings from intimate trios to larger ensembles and cross-genre collaborations. With a career spanning more than two decades and multiple continents, Neill continues to shape a musical path that bridges traditions, genres and cultures through rhythm and improvisation.
